In order to do so, I start the process with a thorough personal consultation. I use this time together to develop a clear understanding of your goals, motivations and expectations. This is a great chance to get to know each other and for me, it’s an opportunity to see the home, through your eyes. During this initial consultation, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive market evaluation (CME) that lists a number of comparable properties in the area to determine my recommended listing price. The CME will also include prevailing local market trends and activities. I will give context to the numbers and point to the key value drivers for your home.
2. Marketing Your Home

I have the experience, training and interpersonal skills to ensure that I present the property in a compelling fashion and adequately address all questions that arise from prospective buyers.
4. Closing The Deal
Our service focuses on efficiently relaying purchase offers and advising on the submission of counteroffers, the negotiating process itself, inspections, contractual issues and closing preparations. The most important aspect of closing any deal is COMMUNICATION. As your representative, I will ensure that we keep an open dialogue throughout the process. My job is to stand firm and skillfully negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best results for you. I will be present at closing and handle the exchange of keys – and hey, maybe glass of wine if we feel like celebrating!
