3. Home Search
We have the inside scoop on the newest properties, and we will set up a query on the MLS which outlines your criteria including location, price and characteristics of the home.
4. Offer
The better I know you, the more effectively I can serve you. My goal is to hone in on your priorities and expectations to understand how best to custom tailor our search. We will get very detailed with our discussions to learn exactly what your goals are for your home; the amenities, location and other key features.I will guide you through the preparation, writing, presentation, negotiation and acceptance of the offer. In this active market it is not unusual to be in multiple offer situations. In fact, its becoming the norm. I will navigate the process to ensure we take a logical, strategic approach and present the best possible offer to the Seller. Upon closing, I will present you with a checklist of items to be completed prior to closing.
